Mango Mint Chutney Recipe

Mango Mint Chutney is a very popular food item during summers in India. It's like a sauce, that could be paired with anything be it rice or chapatis. Both mint and raw mango are natural coolants, thus preferred in summers. Another interesting aspect is this mango mint sauce or chutney tastes better and can be cooked in little time with less efforts. Especially, when there is off season for green vegetables, mango mint chutney acts as a supplement for vegetables in our Indian thalis.
