How To Make Kulfi-Easy Kulfi Recipe

  1. Take milk into a container with thick base and put it on stove.
  2. When it's lukewarm take out one cup milk from it and leave the remaining on stove
  3. In the lukewarm milk that we have taken out, slowly mix corn flour and keep stirring to ensure there are no knots. We will make a very smooth batter using milk and corn flour
  4. Once the batter is ready, we will move on to the milk that is on stove and mix this batter, khowa and sugar. Milk will become thicker as soon as we mix these, but it is very important to keep stirring and ensure touching the base of container while stirring as milk tends to stick in base which can affect taste of kulfi
  5. In 5-7 minutes of cooking, it will be thick and ready
  6. Now put the stove off and mix cardamom powder and essence if any, like kewda essence, kewda water mix well.
  7. Leave the mixture to cool down
  8. After it cools, either use kulfi mould or any container or your choice and refrigerate it in the freezer at minimum temperature for nearly 6-8 hours.
  9. Take out after 6-8 hours, kulfi is ready to be served
