How To Make Malpua (using fine flour)
- Put sugar in milk, stir it properly and leave for 20 minutes so that it dissolves properly
- Now we will take the fine flour (Maida) and filter it using sieve and put cardamom powder, coconut powder, raisin in it and mix well
- After 20 minutes, we will take the milk and put it slowly in the fine flour (maida) mix and keep stirring. We will ensure that it turns out into a smooth batter, there should be no knots in it. Once done keep it to rest for 30 minutes
- In the meantime, take a flat bottom pan and put it on stove. Put the ghee for frying in the pan. We will bring the flame to low once the ghee is heated
- After our batter had rested for 30 minutes, using a scoop (kalchi) we will put batter in the hot ghee. Turning it from time to time, we will fry the malpua.
- Once the malpuas turn golden brown we will take it out in a plate on a napkin so that extra ghee is absorbed. Our malpuas are now ready to be served.
