Mother’s milk is the best food for babies but as the child starts growing their nutritional requirements also grow. Baby food vegetable puree recipe is for kids aged between 6-9 months. Today we are sharing three vegetable puree recipes carrot puree recipe, beetroot puree recipe and pumpkin puree recipe.

Ingredients Required For Baby Puree Recipes 

  • Carrot : 1 cup (peeled and chopped into small pieces)
  • Beetroot : 1 cup (peeled and chopped into small pieces)
  • Pumpkin : 1 cup (peeled and chopped into small pieces)
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time : 15 minutes
Total Time : 20 minutes

How To Make Baby Purees Or Baby Puree Recipes

Carrot Puree Recipe:
  1. Peel the carrot and then chop it into small pieces. 
  2. Now put these chopped carrot in pan and put 1/2 cup water, cook it for around 10-12 minutes or till the carrot turns soft by closing the lid of pan
  3. Once cooked, put it in a mixture jar and grid it into a smooth paste. If the paste looks thicker, add 2 tablespoon of water/cow's milk/mothers' milk as per your preference. Carrot puree is ready to be fed
Beetroot Puree Recipe:
  1. Peel the beetroot and then chop it into small pieces. 
  2. Now put this chopped beetroot in pan and put 1/2 cup water, cook it for around 10-12 minutes or till the beetroot turns soft by closing the lid of pan
  3. Once cooked, put it in a mixture jar and grid it into a smooth paste. If the paste looks thicker, add 2 tablespoon of water/cow's milk/mothers' milk as per your preference. Beetroot puree is ready to be fed
Pumpkin Puree Recipe:
  1. Cut a small portion of pumpkin and peel it, then chop it into small pieces. 
  2. Now put this chopped pumpkin in pan and put 1/2 cup water, cook it for around 10-12 minutes or till the carrot turns soft by closing the lid of pan
  3. Once cooked, put it in a mixture jar and grid it into a smooth paste. If the paste looks thicker, add 2 tablespoon of water/cow's milk/mothers' milk as per your preference. Pumpkin puree is ready to be fed
