Almond Milk Shake Recipe
Badam Milk Shake (Almond Milk Shake) is a very tasty drink
for both summers and winters. In summers one can make Badam Milk Shake (Almond
Milk Shake) with ice or cold water and in winters it could be made without ice
or with normal water. Almonds are known for their nutritious properties. It
contains a lot of fibre and helps improve metabolism. The best part- Almond
Milk Shake is way too delicious!
Ingredients For Almond Milk Shake or Badam Milk Shake
- Milk : 2-3 cups
- Almond : 20-25
- Sugar : 3-4 teaspoon
- Cardamom Powder : 1/2 teaspoon
- Saffron Threads : 3-4

How To Make Almond Milk Shake Or Badam Milk Shake
- For making Badam Milk Shake in the morning, we keep almonds in water for soaking in previous night, as almonds need to be soaked overnight.
- In the morning remove it's seed coats using knife
- If could not soak almonds in the night, soak them for at least 2-3 hours in warm water and then remove seed coats
Type 1: Chilled Badam Milk Shake For Summers
- Put the almonds, sugar, cardamom powder, saffron threads and one cup chilled milk in a mixer jar and prepare a paste
- Once done, put the remaining chilled milk and mix well. Chilled Badam Milk shake is ready.
Type 2: Hot Badam Milk Shake For Winters
- Put the almonds, sugar, cardamom powder, saffron threads and one cup chilled milk in a mixer jar and prepare a paste
- Then put the remaining milk on stove and when it boils, put the paste in it and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Hot Badam Milk Shake is ready to be served.
Note: You could also filter the prepared milk shake using sieve, it will make the shake smoother.
